Projects

At Pueblo Faro, we develop initiatives focused on prevention, awareness-raising, and community support, with the aim of building safer environments for children and adolescents.

Each project is born from a human, close, and locally grounded perspective, adapted to the reality of the area, combining training, community intervention, and social participation.

Main Project · Ses Salines 2026–2028

Our first major project proposes the creation of the first municipal protocol for the prevention of and intervention in child sexual abuse in Ses Salines, Mallorca.

It includes:

Prevention sessions for families and professionals
Support spaces for victims and survivors
Pueblo Faro points at events and local festivals
Active participation of young people in the municipality
Scientific evaluation and validation of the model

The aim is to create a replicable community model that can be extended to other municipalities in Mallorca in the future.

Coming soon…

Pueblo Faro will continue developing new initiatives related to:

  • Community prevention
  • Affective-sexual education
  • Specialised training
  • Mental health and trauma

And also: support for victims and survivors.

Because protecting children is an ongoing, collective, and deeply human task.
