Neus Bonet is a psychologist and sexologist, specializing in sexual guidance and intimate well-being. A survivor of sexual abuse and violence within a relationship that began in adolescence, she transformed her personal experience into a professional mission: to help individuals build a safer, freer, and more conscious relationship with their body, their desire, and their sexuality.
Her path to sexology began at age 19, when she sought therapy to “fix” a supposed desire problem. Years later, she understood that behind that discomfort lay abuse, pressure, and bodily disconnection, something that was not detected at the time and reinforced the feeling of being broken. That experience profoundly shaped her understanding of sex therapy and guidance.

Since 2022, she has worked primarily with adult women who wish to reclaim a full and safe sexual life. In many of these processes, stories of abuse, violence, or coercion emerge that had remained invisible, especially within romantic relationships. She integrates cognitive-behavioral approaches and acceptance and commitment therapy, creating spaces where people can feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment or pressure.
In 2024, she founded SexMenopáusicas, a sexual guidance space for women in menopause. Through her project and her work in sexual education, she has developed sexual education workshops for families and on sexuality in menopause, bringing these topics to everyday spaces where they have historically been silenced.

She was a finalist for the Mujer Mallorca 2025 Awards for her SexMenopáusicas project and was chosen to write and read the 8M manifesto in the municipality of Ses Salines, consolidating her role as an active voice in social awareness regarding sexuality, the body, and sexual rights.
Currently, her mission focuses on promoting broader social and educational change to help break with the coitocentric model and with the dynamics of violence, pressure, and silence that remain normalized. Her objective is to contribute to building safer spaces for women, men, boys, and girls, where sexuality can be experienced with respect, freedom, and care.
